Before Your Appointment
Whether you're booking a stress relief massage, reflexology for sleep support, an Indian head massage for stress, or another wellbeing treatment, you'll receive guidance before your appointment to help you prepare.
If you're attending one of my treatment rooms, I will provide all location details when your booking is confirmed. Both treatment rooms are located within private homes, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment away from the distractions of everyday life.
If you're booking a mobile service or holistic treatment at home, we'll discuss your requirements beforehand to ensure the space is suitable and comfortable for your treatment.

Payment Information
Payment is required at the time of treatment and can be made by:
• Cash
• Instant bank transfer
• Advance bank transfer if preferred
Discounts may be available for block bookings. Please call 01206 355956 for current availability and details.
I am also proud to support NHS workers with a 10% discount upon presentation of valid identification.
Missed Appointments & Cancellations
Sometimes life happens and plans need to change. I will always do my best to accommodate genuine emergencies.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer your appointment slot to another client who may be waiting.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the treatment fee. If I am unable to fill the appointment slot, the full treatment fee may be payable.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged at the full treatment rate.
I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time, as last-minute cancellations and missed appointments can significantly affect a small business.
Home Visits & Mobile Holistic Treatments
Treatments can be provided in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Many clients choose mobile appointments because they prefer to remain relaxed after their treatment without needing to travel. This can be particularly beneficial following therapeutic massage, reflexology or relaxation therapy.
Home visits do not usually cost more than clinic appointments. However, an additional fuel charge may apply depending on travel distance.
When booking a home visit, please consider:
• Ensuring the treatment space will remain quiet and undisturbed
• Advising of any parking restrictions
• Letting me know how close parking is to your property, as equipment may need to be carried

• Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated
• Avoid caffeine and alcohol where possible
• Wait 4 to 6 hours before eating a heavy meal
• Avoid intense exercise immediately afterwards
• Allow yourself time to rest and relax
• Take care when driving if you feel particularly relaxed following treatment
Some treatments involve oils being absorbed through the scalp, which may make them unsuitable immediately before a meeting, social event or special occasion.
